仕事内容 1. Transformational and Innovative Change
•In partnership with local leadership and Global Shared Services, develop a compelling vision, strategy and business plan for consolidated procurement to pay (accounts payable) function
•Oversee integration of initiatives
•Oversee and maintain responses to corporate initiatives
•Assess customers readiness for change; managing expectations; and adjusting approaches to have positive company change adopted by the organization. Influence in-country leadership to accept company's systems and processes by building a business case; demonstrating return on investment (ROI) and productivity gains of proposed processes; and presenting proposals to senior leadership
•Support Senior Director – Japan Shared Services to design, socialize and oversee a strong service level agreement (SLA) structure between JSS and the business to ensure balance (resource) and strong support (deliverables) inclusive of metrics to drive efficiencies

2. Improvement Strategies and Best Practices
•Evaluate current processes, systems and infrastructure and recommend, develop, test, and implement new or improved end-to-end processes and systems
•Develop strategies to address required changes
•Develop long-range plans and project timelines for required changes
•Strong interaction and alignment with Governance team for maintaining documents subject to FCPA, SOX and other controls and guidance on the content of the documents
•Develop cross functional assessment and implement changes as sustainable best practices for initiatives
•Lead the action plans to address solutions for identified deficiencies and follow guidance for development of mitigation controls

3. Financial Activities
•Understand company's accounting policy and partner with Financial Reporting team

•Manage Accounts Payable by ensuring transaction recording, tracking, and reporting are in accordance with company policy and SOX ensuring accuracy of preparing of invoices and payments; reviewing company financial records; tracking and reporting account payable balances for the company and its subsidiaries.

•Guide Associates on generally accepted accounting policies (GAAP)
