ポジション HR and GA Manager
仕事内容

日本本社の人事総務部長としての業務全般。
グローバルでジョブグレーディング、タレントマネジメントのプロジェクトを進めているためプロジェクトへの参画、貢献が求められます。

◆Manage and oversee the technical and operational functions of Human Resources and General Affairs for the company with an emphasis on compensation & benefits, recruiting, labor relations, performance management, talent management, career development, policy administration, office management and corporate secretarial service.
◆Lead and influence cultural changes and drive HR initiatives at all levels, aligned with the corporate and reginal leadership.
◆Align each individual’s skills, professional development and career growth to the company’s future directions and corporate needs.
◆Work closely with the President and management team members, in developing corporate culture, acting as facilitator and advisor in HR issues within the organization.
◆Recruitment and selection of highly skilled professionals and general staff in order to build a strong and effective workforce in a competitive environment.
◆Support directives which enable employees to share a common vision of the company’s core values, strategic direction and business imperatives.
◆Motivate and empower staff and develop a good working relationship with employees by communicating effectively and interactively.

必要な経験・能力

HR & GA Generalist
◆At least 15years of global human resources management experience in several functional areas such as change management or integration, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, organization development, career development and recruiting.
◆Demonstrated working knowledge of best practice across HR functions (including organization development, staffing, C&B, development, workforce-planning and talent management、performance management) with a significant track record.
◆Administrated the corporate secretary services to ensure that the organization complies with relevant legislation and regulation, e.g., Japanese corporate act.
◆Gained profound and practical knowledge in Japanese labor laws and practice, baseline knowledge of Japanese corporate act and civil code.
Setting Strategy and executing for result
◆Ability to diagnose organizational efficacy issues and recommend strategies to align the organization to business performance requirements.
◆Transformational change leadership: able to define and drive an organizational change initiative.
◆A logical thinker, quick-learner and quick decision-maker with intellectual and analytic sense.
Building Relationships and Using Influence
◆Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, able to bridge communication with top management.
◆Warm leadership with an ability to encourage, motivate and empower employees.
◆Hands-on, proactive, outgoing and good-natured with strong interpersonal skills.
◆Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take the initiative on relevant issues.
◆Appropriate mix of maturity and discipline together with flexibility and change agent skills in order to invigorate company culture and brand.
Other requirements
◆Worked in both Japanese and Western global companies.
◆Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations; bilingual, bicultural and able to effectively communicate with global counterparts.
◆Experience gained in a multinational organization is essential, preferably in the tangible product industry, such as manufacturing, advanced technology, and/or consumer products related fields. However, experience in other consumer based service industries such as airlines, automobile, professional services, electronic retailing organizations or firms may also be considered.
◆Equally important are the skills to establish credibility and build networks, both formal and informal within the company and management team.
Education
◆Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.

完全週休2日制(土、日)祝
年末年始(12/30~1/3)、夏季休暇(6~9月の任意の2日間)、創立記念日(5/28)、年次有給休暇、特別休暇:業務上外の傷病による欠務の場合、疾病休暇(有給)を利用することができます。疾病休暇は毎月1日付で1日付与し、利用しない場合は、最大60日まで積み立てることができます。保有する疾病休暇に取得の期限はなく、傷病のためにいつでも利用することができます。
